The ROUND LAB 1025 Dokdo Toner is an award-winning toner that exfoliates and hydrates skin with deep-sea water derived from Ulleung Island, which is located close to Dokdo Island in Korea. It gently removes dead skin cells while retaining skin moisture, comforts your skin, and lets it glow. Formulated with 72 natural minerals, this toner is excellent at maintaining optimal skin oil-water balance.

HOW TO USE

As a toner: dispense an appropriate amount on a cotton pad and wipe the entire face to refine the skin.
As a spot relief mask: wet cotton pads with product and place on the concerned areas for 5-10 minutes to soothe irritated skin.
